Plastic World started the cooperation with Styrolution (the world's leading producer of styrenics) on July 2012, for the production of acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and high-heat acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (HH ABS) for the Chinese market at PW's Shenzhen plant. We are honored to be able to collaborate with Styrolution as a licensed producer of their ASA, ABS and HH ABS products for the Chinese market and we look forward to achieving joint success.
In March 2012, Cho Ei Limited entered into an agreement with Sodick FT, a leading tooling and moulding machine maker, for the acquisition of 51% ownership of Suzhou Sodick Hightech Co., Ltd. The transaction was completed and the ownership was transferred in June 2012. Suzhou Sodick Hightech's businesses include precise mould design and manufacturing, injection moulding and assembly. The factory is located in Xiangcheng Zone of Suzhou city with an area of 33,000 sq m. In the near future, our plastic compounding & Ecoplas, tooling & injection for automotive industry, will be also established over there to increase our coverage in China market.
