Since 1989, Cho-Ei group has been working hard to provide total solution service in plastic industry with the value- added and integrated technology from plastic material processing, tooling design and processing, injection molding, vacuum forming, assembly, and up to recycling the scrap materials.
As the key strategy, we have been utilizing those advantages of each location of our operation to enhance our service to our customers.

And now we are going to extend our service to Asia including Philippines, and Vietnam for responding to our customers needs and wants.
In China, our operation has been expanded into Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Huizhou (Southern China), and Suzhou (Eastern China) and we are shifting our business structure to wholly owned foreign enterprise (WOFE) to penetrate into China domestic market business including car industry, and construction industry by collaboration with Styrolution (German - ABS, PS & ASA) and Shinetsu Polymer (Japan - PVC compounds) and Katsuta Kako (Japan - penetrating into agriculture film and food packaging film market).
In Hong Kong, we are operating regional hub function including financing, tax planning, logistics, IT system, general affairs/HRM and enterprise strategic planning. We are also going to extend our production operation of Ecoplas business to utilize CEPA exporting to China with duty free and R&D centre with collaboration with Hong Kong Universities. We work very hard to achieve Zero Emission of solid waste by utilizing into product and fuel by introducing most updated technology from Japan in order to contribute to Hong Kong environment improvement and to save resources.
In Japan, our Tokyo office is providing marketing, procurement and Investors relationship (IR) activity function as well as reinforcing the relationship with our key partners including Fineplas Japan. Also, we are working with Univesities for technology development for bioplastic and bamboo fiber compounding. We work with our partners to develop technologies to utilize plastic scrap into good product by advance compounding and formulation technologies. Besides, by collaborating with Sodick, who is producing most high tech and super precision injection machines and tooling processing machines, we are striving to develop our tooling & injection technologies.
Our key policy is to be always next to our customers, and therefore, we are going to extend our operation into other Asian countries including Thailand, and Indonesia as next locations. In 2012, we have decided to open new factory in Philippine and Vietnam:
Philippine: Philippine Industry Park, Batangus (will be started by end of December, 2013)
Vietnam: Tanlon Industry park, Hanoi (will be started by mid of 2014)
